I specialize in trauma, OCD (including “Pure O”), anxiety, and addiction. I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy, and my approach is collaborative, relational, and jargon-free. I aim to create a space that feels safe, real, and supportive, while also gently challenging you.
Therapy with me is about engaging with all parts of yourself, and stepping into new choices and ways of living. Working together, I listen closely and help you notice important parts of your experience that can be hard to see on your own: how you relate to yourself, to others and to the world around you.
