When it’s hard to manage emotions, feel secure in relationships or at work, and navigate life’s uncertainties, things can feel stuck or harder than they “should” feel. For some, this shows up as anxiety, depression, overthinking, addiction, or the effects of trauma. If you’ve found yourself repeating patterns that feel difficult to understand or change, it doesn’t have to stay this way.

I help people better understand what’s happening inside, to find more calm, clarity, and safety, to get unstuck, so they can live more fully and freely. That often means becoming more able to notice and manage emotions and thoughts that once felt chaotic or isolating, so they can begin to soften and shift.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and focused on the present moment. I'm both supportive and direct. I listen closely, with care and curiosity, and tailor our work to what feels most important to you.  I’m trained in psychoanalytic therapy and ERP, and have particular experience supporting people with trauma, mood instability, addiction, and OCD—including "Pure O", where compulsions are mental, rather than visible.
