About Me
My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational and jargon-free. I focus on what’s most important to you, and on joining you in navigating your inner journey.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational and jargon-free. I focus on what’s most important to you, and on joining you in navigating your inner journey.

I have a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, and two years of postgraduate training from the Los Angeles Institute and Society for Psychoanalytic Studies (LAISPS), where I am an incoming psychoanalytic candidate.
I am also trained in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), ACT and DBT, which I integrate with my psychoanalytic foundation. Together, these approaches help people address their symptoms, the underlying dynamics that lead to them, and promote sustained change. I have a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, with a minor in Spanish and Portuguese, from Pitzer College, and offer therapy in those languages.

Alongside my private practice, I work in intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, and have experience in community clinics. I have worked with adults of all ages, adolescents, couples, families and groups.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the coffee and wine industries, building relationships with producers across Latin America and Spain, crafting my own wines, and writing about wine production. Those experiences taught me a lot about connection, patience, and collaboration—qualities I bring to my work as a therapist.
